1. Purpose

Kyora is a family organisation app (planning, shopping, chat, documents, etc.). These terms govern access to the associated mobile and web service.

2. Accounts and families

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Family access is by invitation. Roles (owner, admin, adult, teen, child) limit certain actions.

3. User content

You must only upload lawful content. Identity documents and children’s data must be handled carefully. We may suspend an account in case of clear abuse.

4. Data protection

See the privacy policy. End-to-end encryption means simultaneous loss of all devices and the recovery code can make some content inaccessible.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for reasonable availability without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Liability is limited to direct damages to the extent permitted by law.

6. Plans and pricing

Free / Plus / Premium plans may apply. Prices and subscription terms (App Store / Google Play or direct billing) are set out in the commercial offer in force.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may terminate for serious breach of these terms.

8. Governing law

Belgian / EU law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
